Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your item(s), we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note: Our refunds are given in the form of a STORE CREDIT. 

To return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] and reference your order number.

If an item is:

• not returned in its original condition.
• not in the original packaging.
• have any signs that it has been used/worn. 

We reserve the right to NOT refund or exchange that item, or give a partial credit. In the event that we are not able to accept the item, we will return it back to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Phat Girl Posse account within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we send you a prepaid shipping label.
